Hi everyone! This is Hariprasad. I am looking for a salary structure of $30,000 per month. My current company is not providing any salary slip, and they are not deducting any PF. Please help me understand.

I am 57 years old and appointed in a private company with a salary of Rs. 30,000 per month. The employer is deducting PF for other employees. Is it necessary to deduct PF for me? Can I opt out of PF? Please clarify.

If the company is covered under PF, then it is applicable to all salary earners. There is no option to exit or opt-out for any employee who already has a UAN.
