Dear Ravinder,Leave is a very vast topic, and first of all, you have to clarify for which industry you want to know whether it is covered under the Factories Act or the Shop and Establishment Act and in which state your establishment/factory is located.

Leave is defined under the Factories Act and Shops Act, not under CLRA. Depending on where the workers are deployed, one of the acts will be applicable for leave entitlement.
