Hi Folks! Great to see the replies from Shevta & Rohit - they are true. However, I would like to clarify that while OB is a discipline studying human behavior in organizations, OD is a tool to bring about organizational change in culture and behaviors.
OD is part of OB. In organizational behavior, we use OD to understand employees' perception towards the organization.
OB reflects the culture of the organization, while OD is a time-bound exercise for smart performance.
