Dear Folks,Find the attached PT FORM 5A for monthly payment for Karnataka with formula. Just enter the number of employees in a particular category & Payment details like cheque number & bank name.Hope this will help you.Cheers,Jeeva
To access your PF (employer) portal, log in. At the top, you will see Home, Member, and Establishment. Navigate to Establishment, where you can find 5A. Select that option to update the details and then submit the changes.
Now, Form 5A is to be submitted online on EPF portal. It is for your kind information.

Hi,You will receive the PF cover letter. No certificate will be given. You can even take a print of Form 5A.
