Hi Ridhi,Basic is always 40-45% of the Gross Salary. HRA should be 40% of the Basic. Medical is fixed across the company – $1250\. Conveyance is again fixed across the company -- $1200\. Special Allowance -- you calculate based on the remaining.Regards,Acuman
