Call the bank and provide details of employees such as account numbers, etc. Ask them to update their records indicating that the employee is no longer associated with your firm.

Whenever any loan is applied for by an individual through a bank, the application form itself contains a space for the employer's certificate, which should be sufficient for the loan-providing bank. Why require a separate letter?V. Murali
