Contact the ESI office to gather your group number and pay your dues. After making the payment, post the receipt along with a letter explaining your inability to travel to the respective ESI office, and make sure to mention the group number.
If you clear the dues, you need not go if you are out of station. Post the payment receipt and a letter stating your inability to travel on a letterhead.
