Dear sir,Kindly clarify this. One person is drawing 5500 in July. As he is eligible for an increment of 2000 from July, when calculating his pay with arrears for July, the deduction of PF will be 780 - as the maximum. Am I right?
PF has to be paid from day one. Why have you not covered it from April? The PF office will question this if they find out your salary payment details from April onwards.
You need to pay arrears with ESI and PF deductions. Why was there no PF in the month of April? Arrears have to be calculated on Gross salary and pay the net salary after PF and ESI deductions.
