10C is not payable to employees now unless they attain the age of 58, but it is transferred automatically as the same moves to all employers. The exception is leaving India permanently.
Hi,Please check whether you have completed the qualifying years for a part loan of 5 years with the current employer. Part withdrawal can be made through the online UAN portal, and a physical form is not required.Thank you.
In the same UAN, the previous claim was fully settled in 2017\. Now, the same UAN is linked to a new account that is currently active.
