Dear All,Greetings of the day!Enclosed herewith is the draft Notification on the Ease of Compliance to Maintain Registers under various Labour Laws Rules, 2016\.The last date to submit an application for any query is 30th November 2016\.Thank you.

What penalty is going to be imposed for employers not maintaining registers as per the format? As of today, the fine value is only Rs.1000/-. What does this show? It should be a minimum of Rs.50,000/- with rigorous imprisonment for 2 years as a penalty.

Is the above register applicable to State S&E Registrations in the state of Telangana? Please advise me which organizations to follow the above forms. What is the rule position for adopting the above forms? Is it applicable to State level Shops and Establishment...
