Vamsi KrishnaIf a member has not withdrawn the PF amount and their salary exceeds Rs. 15,000, a new establishment covered under the PF Act has to deduct PF of at least Rs. 1,800 per month.
When you fill up PF Form 11 in a PF-covered establishment, you will declare that you were a PF member. That is proof enough for the employer to deduct PF of Rs. 1800 even if your salary exceeds Rs. 15,000.

This will also benefit you when you quit this organization and join a new one that is covered under the act. Even if you draw a basic salary of Rs. 15,000+, the new employer will have to cover you under the act as you remain a PF member.
