Dear Gayatri,There is no option to fill out Form 2 online; you have to fill out a hard copy of it and send it with a letterhead to the PF office every month.

I want to withdraw my PF amount from the previous company. However, the company is asking me to pay 40k plus for the penalty of not serving a two-month notice period. Can anybody help me and contact me at negipoonam21@gmail.com?–-

It's BA Continuum Pvt. Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Bank of America) in Gurgaon. Actually, the current company is not providing PF. I am helpless. If something can favor me?

Dear Negi,Under the Haryana Factory Act, you are liable to pay only one month's salary. I'm suggesting that if you know your PF number, you can transfer it easily without the need to talk to your previous employer.
