I am looking to find out the basic intricacies of giving Form V under the Contract Labour Act, 1970, to contractors at the time of the license process. Your views would be deeply appreciated.

Dear Ramu,Yes, the person in the capacity of manager is authorized to sign Form 5, but only when it has been authorized by the employer through proper notice.
