I think the employee should register from the date of joining. His amount of PF will be calculated from his DOJ, but he can register at the time when the person receives the first salary or before 3 months.Akshita 😂

From the date of joining, an employee is supposed to be covered by EPF and ESI (if applicable or uncovered due to salary). It is basically the responsibility of the employer to ensure that employees are covered from the date of joining itself.Madhu.T.K
