Hi, the very wording of the warning letter reeks of high-handedness. In any case, acceptance of such conditions will not be beneficial in any way. In fact, it is likely to backfire if challenged in the appropriate court.Ravindra Pund

The wording sounds highly imperialistic. I do not even understand the necessity of such an undertaking by an employee. It takes away from the employee the right to appeal against an unjust order or a penalty disproportionate to the misconduct.
