Hi,As far as my knowledge is concerned, the gazetted holidays should be 10-12 in a year, and they should be extended to all employees of the company. Restricted holidays should be 3-4, and only 2-3 days should be granted to all employees.Thanks & Regards,Sumit
Hi,It depends on policies too. We have a policy that if Earned Leaves (EL) are to be considered, then National Holidays/ weekly offs won't be considered as a part of earned leaves. The deduction will be only of the working days.Regards, Swati
