For EPF purposes, count the 31/30/28 days, i.e., calendar days, for contributions. Sundays may be paid or unpaid, but they cannot be counted under NCP within the continuity of attendance.

One of our employees joined on 01/07/1997 and resigned on 23/02/2013\. His Form 10C is rejected, and the PF office mentioned 298 NCP Days. However, we have paid full salaries from the joining date until he resigned. Please suggest how to solve this issue.
